Legacies Nursing and Rehabilitation is nestled in the heart of East Texas in the small community of Hemphill. Our 90 bed spacious facility offers an “at home” living environment. Whether you are joining us for a skilled rehabilitation stay or plan to make Legacies your home, you can expect personalized care at all times.
Legacies, was established in December of 2021 by 2nd and 3rd generation healthcare workers. We take great pride in the generational trust, care, culture and the family values that set us apart from other facilities. With us, it’s all about family.
Tiffani graduated from West Sabine High School in 1986 and began her career in healthcare in 1987. She worked her way up from housekeeping, to the kitchen, Dietary Manager, then Activity Director. In 2014, she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Healthcare. Tiffani is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator continuing the legacy of her mother-in-law, Mrs. Pat Bradberry, who dedicated 42 years to our community in Health Care Administration. Tiffani’s daughter, Kristin, continues the legacy as the Administrator of our sister-facility in San Augustine, Tx.
